Debt Collection by Telephone

The Debt Collection by Telephone training course will teach you how to take responsibility when calling debtors.

You will learn to be aware of how you currently conduct these calls and how you can do so more effectively and with better results. We will teach you how to take charge of the call and control the conversation. After completing this course you will no longer receive wrong answers; in the worst case scenario, you will ask the wrong questions. Using many different types of query techniques we will provide insight into how to handle debtors and how to perform, based on practical examples.

Through simulated practical cases you will be able to practice what you have learned while supervised by two experienced practical instructors.
